1. Company Overview
DOTADO STATIONERY STORE LTD operates IKIZAME, an online learning and preparation platform designed to help candidates prepare for the official provisional driving license theory examination provided by the Rwanda National Police.
IKIZAME provides users with access to educational resources and practice tests that help them evaluate their knowledge, improve their understanding of road safety rules, and increase their readiness before attending the official examination.
IKIZAME is an independent educational platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Rwanda National Police or any government institution. IKIZAME does not conduct official driving examinations, issue driving licenses, or provide official examination certificates.
2. Description of Products and Services
IKIZAME provides the following digital educational services:
Online practice tests designed to help candidates prepare before taking the official provisional driving license examination provided by Rwanda National Police.
Access to driving theory practice questions and learning materials.
Mock examinations that simulate the format and experience of a theory test.
Instant results and performance evaluation to help users identify areas for improvement.
Premium access plans providing additional practice tests and educational content.
Continuous improvement and updating of learning materials.
All services are delivered electronically through the IKIZAME website after successful payment activation. The purpose of IKIZAME is to support learners through preparation and self-assessment before participating in the official examination process managed by the Rwanda National Police.
3. Payment Information
IKIZAME is currently in the process of integrating an online payment gateway.
After completion of the merchant approval and integration process, customers will be able to make secure online payments using supported payment methods available in Rwanda, including Mobile Money services.
At the date of this document, online payment functionality has not yet been fully activated on the IKIZAME platform. Payments are currently processed via MTN MoMo and Airtel Money.
4. Refund Policy
IKIZAME provides access to digital educational services and learning materials. Due to the immediate availability of digital content after payment, purchases are generally considered non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, including:
Duplicate payments made accidentally by a customer.
Payment completed successfully but the purchased service was not activated due to a verified technical problem.
Incorrect charges caused by a confirmed system or payment processing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the payment date and will be reviewed individually.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will normally not be provided in the following cases:
The customer has already accessed or used the purchased digital learning content.
The customer changes their decision after purchasing the service.
Incorrect information provided by the customer causes service delivery problems.
The purchased access period has already started or has been used.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel future subscription renewals before the next billing period.
Cancellation will stop future charges but will not refund payments already completed for the active subscription period.
Users will continue to access the purchased services until the end of their paid period after cancellation.
8. Policy Updates
DOTADO STATIONERY STORE LTD may update this Products, Services, Refund and Cancellation Policy when necessary.
Any changes will be published on the IKIZAME website at ikizame.rw and will become effective after publication. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
